Motorola has been working on a nice little phone called the Motorola E9 that will step on some toes over at Apple. Others speak of the phone as the "E9 Candybar Phone" and it looks sleek, slim and sharp!
Featuring all the goodies like a 2.4" display, a 3.2 megapixel camera, 50 MB internal memory, MicroSD up to 2GB, Bluetooth 1.2 and Wi-Fi connectivity which makes the phone one of those that I yearn for with an edge on technology.
Keep your eyes out for this phone.
Is the LG Chocolate phone the new RAZR wannabe? LG is following after Motorola’s footsteps by introducing their popular phone in a variety of colors. First came the black, white, and pink LG chocolate versions. Then pictures of a wine LG phone surfaced, and now Engadget Mobile reports the possible addition of red and green models in the works. We haven’t even seen the white chocolate phone in America, but we’ll wait and see if these colors ever reach our shores.
Samsung has released the first 10 megapixel phone for the Korean market. We all knew it would happen, but had no idea who would be able to make it first and when it would be released. You can probably grab one of these by ordering it over the internet but I’m unsure what services you could utilize it for after gaining ownership.
Samsung has made this model even slimmer than it’s previous release of a 7 megapixel phone, just recently. Other options on the phone, the ability to have television display over satellite service. I like this much better than the streaming options available today.
Modeled as the SCH-B600 includes a 3x to 5x digital zoom along with many features most Samsung phones already boast. Also included is an auto-focus and auto-flash feature combination. This phone has more megapixels than my digital camera…I’m jealous!
With a 2.2 in. LCD that supports 16 million colors, Samsung always has a bright and clear display on both phones and MP3 players that I’ve seen. They expect the phone to run around $900 so if you can’t do without the features, start searching the net for some sellers.
Gizmodo has pictures of the new Diane Von Furstenberg Sidekick 3 nobody saw coming. We saw pictures of the ugly green LRG model, but seriously, who cares? I’m not about to go G.I. Jane with an LRG Sidekick 3, my friend, those days are over. On the other hand, I’m not really into DVF, either. Her fashion is a bit too mature (translation: Old ladyish) for my taste, not to mention overpriced. But I know some of you rich, socialite-wannabes are going to drool all over this model, so here it is. Drool away. Expect to get your manicured mittens on it before the end of this month.
As promised, PALM has released a slew of newTreo Smartphones, but their latest ones have gone wild with color, and I like it! I have a dinosaur Treo 650, and I’m really giving it the evil eye, since it lacks the good looks of its newer cousin. Now available in Crimson, Graphite (silver), Arctic (white) or Copper (orange), the slimmer Treo 680 includes EDGE, VGA camera, 64MB of internal storage, Bluetooth, Dial Up networking, MP3 player, threaded IM, and other great sounding features.
Bono’s Product Red campaign is still going strong, and adding one more red gadget from the Motorola line. Sometime next month, Sprint will start offering the Red RAZR on a CDMA network. The presumably V3m model may be loaded with a 1.3 megapixel camera, Bluetooth, video capture, music player and EV-DO technology.
Proceeds from RED RAZR phones will help raise money for the Global Fund who will invest money in African AIDS programs.

Rumor has it over at Gizmodo, that the LG Chocolate phone is coming stateside so Chocolate lovers can really enjoy a special white Christmas, as well as match all their white gadgets. The phone is supposedly coming by way of Verizon in White just before the holidays, and with all the same features as it’s dark, tall handsome cousin. Of course, they would make us even happier if the phones were also available in pink at the time.
Here’s another special-edition Sidekick 3 that surfaced within the pages of XXL Magazine, and is scheduled to make an appearance during the holidays. The limited-editon Lifted Research model has four-leaf clovers all over the place, and has the same features as the original Sidekick 3. It’s a phone well suited for St. Patricks day, which is probably why we haven’t heard the juicy details from T-Mobile. I’m sure we’ll hear more about this special model as it gets closer to release time, so we’ll pass along the juicy details soon.
Qwest is donating 10% from each Sanyo pink phone sale, to the Komen Foundation. The Sanyo Katana in Cherry Blossom pink is one of the pink models available. This one has VGA camera, Bluetooth, speakerphone and large 65k internal display. Other pretty-in-pink handsets are the Sanyo 3100 and the Sanyo 2400 in Misty Rose. They may not be have spectacular features, but if you want a simple phone pink phone, they may be worth checking out.
The LG Chocolate phone, with all the bells and whistles, does come in pink, too! The model LG-SV590 will make you smile with pink colors to keep it sleek and still do the job.
The original colors this phone came in were white and black…so having the pink version was quite a change for the LG Chocolate.
